Dance to the Beet was founded by Nicole Brors, CNC, CCMH  – to help women feel empowered and more in control of their bodies by addressing the root cause. Instead of strict diets and restrictive eating, we focus on learning how to eat intuitively and find what works best for your body. All of the recipes here are plant-based, but there is not one way of eating that works for everyone and together we create sustainable changes for whole-body transformation.

Certified in nutrition and herbal medicine, I provide ambitious and stressed out women with the knowledge and tools to recharge their metabolism and have more energy by getting to the root cause and supporting their hormones. I’ve worked with hundreds of women through 1-1 consults, corporate wellness presentations and online programs and am regularly featured on podcasts as a women’s health expert.

I remember a time when I wasn’t so healthy. I weighed myself constantly and judged my self worth by that number on the scale. I battled with diet pills. I had severe hormonal mood swings, breakouts, and constant bloating that I thought was normal. Worst of all – I just didn’t feel in control of my body.

But once I learned how to support my hormones and metabolism instead of “dieting”, I felt empowered. Free. Like I finally had control over my health in all facets.

When I’m not in the kitchen, with clients or speaking on podcasts, I love pole dancing/instructing, play on the aerial hoop, watching live music, hiking, camping and anything outdoors or on the water. Although I work with a lot of mothers, I don’t have kids myself — unless you count my little siamese kitty or my dozens of plant-babies.

I’m over 40, but I feel healthier, stronger and more radiant than I was in my 20’s. And that’s what I want for you…
