No refunds will be issued for services including health coaching, wellness workshops, corporate workshops, health consultations, cooking demonstrations and lessons, chef services and anything else that falls under the service category.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase but I also want you to give your best effort to apply everything you learn from the videos. While there is not a guarantee I do offer a 14-day refund for purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and it did not work for you.
In the event that you gave it effort but didn’t see results, contact support at [email protected] within the first 14 days from the date you purchase and let me know if you would like a refund. You must include evidence with your refund request that you have gone through every lesson and watched the videos and viewed the guides (sections are marked as completed as you go through). If you request a refund and do not include this, you will not be granted a refund.
We will NOT provide refunds for purchases made more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
