Quick Avocado “Bowl”

The best healthy snacks are the ones that are quick and easy, but come from whole foods.  This recipe is my “go-to”…multiple times a week.  All you need are 3 ingredients, a knife and a fork…doesn’t get much simpler than that.

Quick Avocado “Bowl”

Prep Time 3 minutes


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Drizzle of [Braggs Liquid Aminos|http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006Z7NNG/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0006Z7NNG&linkCode=as2&tag=dancetothebeet-20]


  • Cut avocado in half
  • Pull out the seed (the easiest way is to put your knife in the seed and twist to remove)
  • Use a fork to mash up the avocado inside of its skin
  • Top with hemp seeds and a small drizzle of Bragg's
  • Mix it up and enjoy!
