15 Oct Quick Avocado “Bowl”

The best healthy snacks are the ones that are quick and easy, but come from whole foods. This recipe is my “go-to”…multiple times a week. All you need are 3 ingredients, a knife and a fork…doesn’t get much simpler than that.
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Drizzle of [Braggs Liquid Aminos|http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006Z7NNG/ref=aslitf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0006Z7NNG&linkCode=as2&tag=dancetothebeet-20]
Cut avocado in half
Pull out the seed (the easiest way is to put your knife in the seed and twist to remove)
Use a fork to mash up the avocado inside of its skin
Top with hemp seeds and a small drizzle of Bragg's
Mix it up and enjoy!
