medjool dates
chopped

vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon

hemp seeds

small banana
sliced

tsp
shredded coconut
optional
Honey or Stevia
optional
Instructions
Add first 7 ingredients (through cinnamon) to a pot on medium heat. Heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens. Add honey or stevia if you like it extra sweet.
Transfer to bowl and top with hemp seeds, coconut and banana.
