Superfood Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup whole oats
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 medjool dates chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut optional
  • Honey or Stevia optional

Instructions
 

  • Add first 7 ingredients (through cinnamon) to a pot on medium heat. Heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens. Add honey or stevia if you like it extra sweet.
  • Transfer to bowl and top with hemp seeds, coconut and banana.
