Rockstar Recovery Smoothie
The turmeric and ginger will give this smoothie an superblast of anti-inflammatory power, but the taste may seem off if you're not used to those flavors. If you are, it's an interesting little flavor combo. Try it alone first, and then try with a little and see what you like.
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana reg banana is ok too, but you’ll want to add some ice, it’s weird warm
- handful of spinach- 1/2-1 cup as much as you can tolerate
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Liquid Stevia to taste - 3-4 drops
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder optional
- 1 fingernail slice fresh ginger optional
