Hempseed Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup basil leaves stems removed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup hemp or olive oil
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt & pepper more or less to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Add basil, garlic, oil, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast and lemon juice to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
