Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup slivered almonds you don't want the skin
  • 2 whole roasted red peppers no seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste I added quite a bit

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add to pasta, quinoa, veggies or rice bowls,
