Hi, I’m Nicole

Certified Nutritionist, Herbalist, Plant-based Chef and adventurer.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve cut out meat and dairy and felt my energy skyrocket as my weight dropped. I was SHOCKED about the immense impact of food, and I haven’t looked back since.

But this journey wasn’t easy…in the beginning I dealt with excess weight, skin issues, imbalanced hormones, digestive problems and poor sleep and realized that just eating plant-based alone wasn’t the answer to all my problems.

So I researched. I experimented. And I got formal education in nutrition and herbs so I would know how to get all the essential nutrients we need, without animals.

Two decades later, I’m not a slave to cheese and dessert, I maintain a healthy weight and I always have enough energy to crush my workdays AND those weekend hikes.

And most importantly…I’ve worked with numerous plant-based clients–just like you–to help them to get where I am (but much, much, quicker).

What if I have food allergies?

All recipes included here are gluten-free. Some recipes use common allergens like corn, soy and nuts, but many of them do not.

That being said, this course empowers you to learn how to cook for yourself and get the proper nutrients even if there are foods you need to avoid.

Is this good if I'm oil-free?

Yes! Some of the recipes and cooking instructions include oil, but most do not, and there are recommendations on how to adapt to fit your needs.

Plus, there is an entire lesson dedicated to oils as well as an oil cheatsheet so you will understand whether or not they are right for you.

Is there a guarantee?

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase but I also want you to give your best effort to apply everything you learn from the videos. While there is not a guarantee I do offer a 14-day refund for purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and it did not work for you.

You must include evidence with your refund request that you have gone through every lesson and watched the videos and viewed the guides (sections are marked as completed as you go through).
