These are the tried and true methods I have used for all of my clients to help them have healthy cycles, clear up their skin, ditch the energy drinks and lose weight in a sustainable and healthy way.
Most of my clients start having more energy and losing weight within a few weeks. Often their digestion starts improving within a few weeks though for more serious issues, it may take a few months. I’ve also had many of them who have less painful cycles as their hormones start to balance out within a month, but often times this takes 2-3 months.

There is no set time commitment and you can go through the online videos at your own pace.
However, I do recommend dedicating at least 30-60 minutes a week to watch a few of the lessons and attend the live Q+A sessions and check in. We all have busy lives (and need to get that travel in!), so if you miss some, that’s ok! It’s all there for you when you get back.
I do recommend making your health a priority though, because once you get yourself to a healthy place, it will no longer be a constant struggle and you’ll have soooo much more time!
Plant Based Confidence is for those who are transitioning into a plant-based lifestyle and want to learn how to get all of the essential nutrients and create easy and healthy meals. It’s very focused on my easy meal prep system and cooking videos and contains all plant-based, gluten-free recipes. It is a self-paced course.
The Body Breakthrough Blueprint includes recipes and meal ideas but goes into detail on hormones, metabolism and digestion and includes accountability, group coaching and a community. They both compliment each other nicely, but you can have success in either one of them individually, depending on your needs.
