Healthy Cooking Lessons – San Diego

Let’s face it, we are busy people. And while a healthy gourmet meal every night sounds incredible, taking two hours to prepare it just isn’t going to work.

If the thought of grocery-shopping and figuring out what to cook for yourself sound at all overwhelming to you, and you aren’t quite sure where to start…you are in the right place.

With a little meal-planning and a few key recipes under your belt, you can have healthy meals to fuel your body, every day. Heck yes!

After one healthy cooking lesson, you’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make nutritious meals at home, and transitioning into a healthier lifestyle will be simple when everything you eat tastes so freaking good. Eating healthy doesn’t mean depriving yourself. Let’s celebrate how beautiful nutritious food can be!

My healthy cooking lessons are vegan and gluten-free, and you don’t have to be a 5-star chef to put them together. Even if you eat meat and gluten, you’ll love the taste and especially the way you feel after these healthy meals. My goal is to make cooking simple, fun and super delicious, while providing the right nutrients to make you feel like the superstar you are.

Healthy Vegan Cooking Lessons include:

  •  Two hour, in-home cooking lesson (I come to you!)
  • Step-by-step instruction on how to create 3 delicious recipes
(vegan | gluten-free |options on how to add animal protein if desired)
  • 1-2 people
  • Digital recipes for easy reference (may be printed)
  • Information on how each of the ingredients benefits your health
  • Grocery list

Healthy cooking lessons can be purchased on their own, but if you want to be a health superstar, you can start with a 1-hour initial nutrition assessment to discover what foods will best benefit your individual health needs, and I’ll create the recipes from there.

“Nicole is the ONLY reason I eat kale salads! After learning I could rub down the kale to break down the roughness in texture, I’m no longer afraid of this nutrition powerhouse. Nicole makes it simple and fun to make good-for-you food. I am constantly inspired to try a new spice and I now know that I can be super satisfied with vegetarian options in my meat loving household.”
